Gasoline Hydraulic Power Unit

This gasoline hydraulic power unit is made in our high-tech factory, established in 2021. The facility covers 2,000 m² and has its own R&D team. We previously did OEM work for STANLEY. That experience helped us set practical quality standards that go beyond paperwork.

This gasoline hydraulic power unit is designed for outdoor or off‑grid jobs – emergency rescue, municipal maintenance, and similar work. It powers hand‑held hydraulic tools. In our tests, after 4 hours of continuous operation, the output pressure stays stable at around 140 bar with no noticeable drop. The B&S 13.5 HP engine consumes about 2.5 L/hour of gasoline. A full 7 L tank gives you nearly 3 hours of non‑stop work.

The whole unit weighs 75 kg. That is not ultra‑light, but we added handles on both sides of the frame. One person can push it onto a pickup bed or trailer. On flat ground, a single operator can also push it for short distances. Most other units with similar power weigh over 90 kg, so this one is noticeably easier to move.

Output flow 20–34 L/min – It can run common hydraulic tools: breakers, chain saws, submersible pumps. Flow is adjustable with a knob.

Working pressure 140 bar – This covers most imported and domestic hydraulic tool requirements.

Hydraulic tank 16 L – One oil change lasts 8–10 hours of continuous work (depending on the tool load). You do not need to refill the hydraulic tank mid‑shift.

We follow an ISO quality management system, but not as a wall decoration. For each batch, we randomly pick 3 units for a full‑load run‑in test and record pressure fluctuation and oil temperature. The warranty is one year against non‑human damage – that includes normal wear and material fatigue. Human damage (wrong hydraulic oil, unauthorised modification of the relief valve, prolonged overload, etc.) is not covered, but we offer repairs at cost.

Last year a county rescue team in Henan province bought two units of the same model. During flooding in July, they used our units to run two hydraulic submersible pumps continuously for 6 hours. Ambient temperature was 35°C. Neither engine overheated or shut down. Their only feedback: the fuel cap retaining chain broke after frequent refuelling. We have since replaced it with a braided metal cable on all new units.
