Diesel Power Pack Hydraulic

This diesel power pack hydraulic is built for outdoor or off-grid work where you need to run hydraulic tools for hours at a time – emergency dewatering, pipeline repair, or municipal maintenance. Unlike gasoline units, a diesel engine uses less fuel per hour and provides higher torque at low RPM. At full load, it consumes about 3.2 L/hour. With a 25 L fuel tank, you get nearly 8 hours of continuous operation before refueling.

The unit weighs 180 kg. That is too heavy for one person to lift, but we added a towing bar and two large wheels. One operator can hitch it to a pickup or ATV and move it around the job site. On soft ground, the wide tires prevent sinking.

This diesel power pack hydraulic delivers an output flow of 30–40 L/min at 160 bar working pressure. The maximum flow we measured on the test bench is 40.8 L/min, but we rate it conservatively at 40 L/min for continuous use. At 160 bar, it can run a hydraulic breaker, a submersible pump, or a torque wrench. The hydraulic tank holds 20 L – enough for 8–10 hours of intermittent work without changing oil. Cooling capacity is 8 kW, which keeps oil temperature below 75°C even after 6 hours of heavy use.

Diesel engine (20 HP vs 13.5 HP on gasoline) gives better fuel efficiency and longer endurance.
Electric start with a power-off switch is standard.
One oil drain connector is included for easy maintenance.

Last year a water company in Sichuan used this diesel power pack hydraulic to run a submersible pump for two full days at a remote flood control station. They ran the unit for 7 hours the first day and 6 hours the second day. Total diesel used was about 42 liters – less than they expected. Their only complaint: the fuel cap seal hardened after one month of storage. We have since switched to a more heat-resistant rubber compound. 

One year against non-human damage (normal wear, seal fatigue). Human damage includes using the wrong hydraulic oil or exceeding the rated pressure. We stock common wear parts (filters, seal kits, quick couplers) and ship within 24 hours. A 5-minute video shows unpacking, fueling, starting, and connecting tools. Third-party inspection is welcome at our factory.
