Structural Design
The hydraulic pile extractor features an integrated structural design, resulting in a compact and streamlined unit.
It employs a hydraulic cylinder drive system, utilizing a dual-stage cylinder mechanism to enable precise, variable-speed control of the pile extraction process.
Equipped with a wireless remote control module, the machine supports accurate long-range operation; furthermore, its detachable chassis design facilitates flexible maneuverability and operation within areas characterized by high pile density.
Thanks to this integrated structural design, pile extraction operations can typically be completed by a crew of just two operators.
Technical Features
High Efficiency & Eco-Friendliness: The machine operates quietly and facilitates shorter project timelines, thereby aligning with green environmental protection objectives.
Optimized Materials: The external chassis is constructed from high-quality, corrosion-resistant steel plates, while critical internal components incorporate specialized wear-resistant materials and imported shock-absorbing rubber blocks.
Versatile Adaptability: The adjustable clamping mechanism features a wide operational range of 300–900 mm, making it compatible with I-beams ranging in size from 300 × 500 mm to 300 × 700 mm.
