Porta Power Sets

This porta power set is the mid-range model in our large-flow pump series. It is designed to work with our hydraulic power units and is intended for high-capacity drainage applications.
It is suitable for locations that require large volumes of water transfer. Two pumps can be connected in series to achieve higher head and longer-distance delivery. It is effective for sewage and water containing small solid particles, and is widely used in flood rescue, agricultural irrigation, pipeline repair, and wastewater discharge.
The design adopts a unique axial flow structure. Compared with traditional centrifugal pumps, this porta power set offers higher efficiency and lower energy consumption.
If you are interested in our trade terms, we primarily support EXW. Other trade terms can also be discussed. Standard payment terms are 50% in advance and 50% before shipment. For custom products, the terms are 70% in advance and 30% before shipment. We accept both RMB and USD. Discounts are available for bulk orders.

Now, let's review the specifications. This porta power set is made from lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant materials. It weighs 32 kg.
The maximum flow rate is 600 m³/h. At a head of 6 meters, the flow rate is 504.3 m³/h. The maximum head is 12 meters. The outlet size is 200 mm. The working pressure range is 140–160 bar. The required input flow from the power unit is 64–72 L/min.
The hose connection includes one inlet and two outlets with an oil drain connection, for a total of three hoses. The pump can pass solid particles up to 25 mm in size. The test report code is (2024)Wanjian JQ No. 01177.
Although the weight is slightly higher than the smaller model, it can still be carried by two people. The 600 m³/h flow capacity is 1.5 times higher than the 400 model, allowing significantly greater water transfer in the same time.
However, this porta power set requires a higher flow input of 64–72 L/min, so it should be paired with a larger power unit such as our IhdG35-80 or IhdD28-60.
