No external additional power source is required, and various pressing operations can be quickly completed after being in place. This hydraulic press with power pack adopts an integrated structure design, which highly integrates the hydraulic power station, actuator cylinder and frame body. It has compact structure and small floor area, and can be directly deployed in production workshops and maintenance stations.
Different from split hydraulic systems, this hydraulic press with power pack has completed all commissioning and calibration before delivery. It can be put into use after delivery and power on, greatly saving installation and commissioning costs and cycles. It can complete various process operations such as workpiece pressing, forming, straightening and disassembly, and is ideal pressing equipment for small processing workshops and maintenance stations.

Quality Control

After the complete machine assembly is completed, full-load pressing test, pressure holding test and continuous operation test are carried out to verify pressure accuracy, operation stability and sealing performance. Only products passing 100% inspection can be delivered from the factory. Packaging and Transportation
The whole machine is wrapped and protected with anti-rust film, buffer protective sleeves are added to processing surfaces and key components, the base is firmly fixed on wooden pallets, and the outer layer is packed with high-strength cartons or plywood boxes to ensure no damage from bump, vibration and moisture during transportation. Large equipment can adopt the combination of nude packing and frame packing to meet the needs of sea transportation and long-distance land transportation. We can cooperate with customers to complete full logistics services such as loading and unloading, booking and customs declaration, ensuring the equipment is safely delivered to the designated place.
